Personal data is never given to a third party, unless you have given direct permission for this, and we never collect personal data without you having given us this data during registration processes such as registering for a seminar, a purchase process or participation in a survey. In these cases, we collect data such as name, email, company.
Personal data is used to carry out the service requested. In addition, the data is used to create more awareness of you and the other site visitors. This use can cover surveys and analyses that can improve our product, services and technologies as well as the display of content and advertising adapted to your interests and hobbies.

The personal data protection act states that your personal data is confidential and must be stored safely. We store your personal data on computers with limited access placed in controlled facilities. Furthermore, our security measures are regularly controlled to ensure that user data is managed responsibly and in accordance with your rights as a user. However, we cannot guarantee 100% security during data transactions over the internet. This means there can be a risk that others can gain unauthorised access to personal data when data is sent and stored electronically. You submit your personal data at your own risk.
Personal data is deleted or made anonymous as the objective for which it is gathered is completed. Personal data is stored for up to 12 months after use. The fast pace of development with the internet means that changes in our use of personal data can be necessary. We maintain the right to update and change the current guidelines for use of personal data. If we do this, we will of course change the date for ‘last updated’ at the bottom of the page. In cases of larger changes, we will inform you on the website.
